Bean paste
- 4 dl precooked beans
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- a big bunsh of parsley
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2-1 dl of olive oil
- salt & pepper
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer. Spice it up with a drop of Tabasco if you want. It gets nicer if you leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Voila!
