Bean paste

olive loves to eat

  • 4 dl precooked beans
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • a big bunsh of parsley
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2-1 dl of olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer. Spice it up with a drop of Tabasco if you want. It gets nicer if you leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Voila!
Perfect to use as a protein kick on Cristina’s Health Bread.
